Very helpful and professional. I called in almost a dozen times asking various questions and sometimes asking the same question with a variation and they were always nice and professional about it and answered all my questions to meet my satisfaction.

I came in here to get a loan, and not only did I get a loan, but they had a free interest bearing checking with no catches! I was very impressed with their service and expertise. They are now my bank! See ya Pinnacle and Bank of America!

Apperantly, they like to take old business cards out of a free lunch fish bowl (which was NOT marked as being unaffiliated with the restaurant it was located at) and make solicitation phone calls from that. So, your free lunch you've won has strings attached and now you get solicitation calls

I beg the differ, I to have been a 5/3 Customer for over four years and I would not recomend any other bank but these guys. They are the only bank that know you by name when you walk in the door or pull up to the window. They ask about your family and keep up with what is going on in your life.

Waste they will apply fees until you accounts are unmanageable. The works are nice though :(
